Villa Istria Pipo is situated in the heart of Istria, making it an ideal starting point for day trips: just 5 minutes to Pazin, 30 minutes to Rovinj, Poreč, Pula, and the coast. It’s close to charming towns like Motovun, Grožnjan, and Svetvinčenat, and surrounded by hiking and cycling trails, wineries, and local taverns.

Villa Istria Pipo spans two floors and offers 90 m² of elegant living space for up to six guests. The interior blends traditional Istrian style with modern details, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a fireplace and direct access to the garden, a guest toilet, and a covered entrance terrace draped in ivy – the perfect spot for your morning coffee in the shade.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Behind the house, a spacious, enclosed garden awaits, offering complete privacy and a tranquil ambiance. Here you’ll find a private pool with six comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue space for enjoying local specialties, and plenty of room to relax in the sun or shade.
