Payment Terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled 60 days or more before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
Deposit
- The deposit is 300,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
